The modern-day great Virat Kohli is one of the most successful cricketers of all time in any format. He also has one of the biggest fanbases in the world having millions of followers on social media. Despite his bad phase during 2019-2022, his fans stayed loyal to him and as he gained his form back, the fan following increased even more.

He has also become an inspiration for many upcoming young cricketers. He has set an example for keeping himself fit for years now. While motivating and inspiring the youngsters, Kohli never hesitated while talking about his inspiration. The 34-year-old recently gave an interview on Bangalore's podcast. He revealed that former legendary cricketers Sachin Tendulkar and Viv Richards are two of his greatest of all-time cricketers as he believes that they changed the playing style in their respective eras.

“Sachin Tendulkar and Viv Richards are the two GOATs. They completely changed the game in their generation. Sachin is my hero,” Kohli said in a session on Bangalore Podcast.

During the podcast, he talked about many interesting things as he revealed that his music playlist contains many songs of popular Indian singer Arijit Singh. He also talked about his daughter Vamika and said that he keeps clicking her picture as he doesn't want to miss out on these precious things.

“I click photos of Vamika a lot. Every time I see her and Anushka at home or her doing something cute, I just click it. It’s special, I don’t want to miss out on these days,” Kohli said.

The star right-hander will be seen in action in the upcoming edition of the Indian T20 League which will kick off on March 31. The first match of the tournament will be played between the defending champions Gujarat and the four-time champions Chennai at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. While the second match will be played on April 1 in which the Bangalore-based franchise will be in action against the Mumbai-based franchise at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.
