England opening batter Zak Crawley has a dream Ashes series in the months of June and July. In the five-match series, he was only behind Australia's Usman Khawaja (496). The Kent player scored 480 runs averaging 53.33 and an ODI-like strike rate of 88.72 including the highest score of 189. This innings was the most entertaining one as he thrashed the likes of Mitchell Starc, Josh Hazlewood, Pat Cummins, etc.

Talking about the series, it ended 2-2 as the Three Lions made a magnificent comeback after losing the first two games. Stuart Broad, who announced his retirement during the fifth game, closed the game with two wickets in the end. This was the last Test series for the Ben Stokes-led side. As teams are gearing up for the ODI World Cup 2023, Test cricket is now on the burner till November this year.

Ben Stokes' men will don the Whites next in India for a five-match series. After the Ashes, there has been talk about whether the 'Bazball' approach will work against the likes of Ravichandran Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja, Axar Patel, etc.

I feel like we play spin really well: Zak Crawley

After the Ashes series, the London Spirit player in The Hundred is confident about his team's chances in the series. He added that some players in the team play spin really well.

"I don't really know much about their grounds," Crawley said, after England's win in the fifth Ashes Test. "Sometimes in India it seams and swings a bit - and they've got unbelievable seamers - so hopefully there are a couple of pitches there that are like that as well, that will suit us a bit more.

"But if it's spinning, I feel like we play spin really well as well. We'll just have to adapt, see what we get. But they are pretty unknown grounds - I don't know if they're going to be raggers like Ahmedabad and Chennai, where we were last time."
