Shikhar Dhawan made fun of Pakistani cricketer Mohammad Rizwan. The 31-year-old, Rizwan had made headlines for running without his bat during the third T20I vs New Zealand. This created a massive outpouring of jokes and memes at the expense of the wicketkeeper.

The veteran Indian batter took to Twitter and wrote the word ‘Kabaddi’ three times. A picture of Mohammed Rizwan trying to touch the ground was attached to the tweet and this gained a lot of responses.

On Friday, Pakistan lost the fourth game of the T20I series to go 4-0 down in the series. Shaheen Shah Afridi will hope to win the final game on Sunday and avoid the whitewash. Just a few weeks earlier, the Asian side was blanked 3-0 by Australia in the Test Series.

Mohammad Rizwan’s knock goes in vain –

Coming into the game on Friday, Pakistan needed to win. The Multan Sultans captain in the PSL opened the innings and scored 90 not out to help his side score 158/5 from their 20 overs. Earlier in the day, Mitchell Santner won the toss and chose to bowl first.

Saim Ayub was the first batter to be dismissed when he was out for one to Matt Henry. Babar Azam who had scored three successive half-centuries was out for 19 runs when he fell to Adam Milne.

Fakhar Zaman was out for nine runs after facing 15 balls, while Shahibzada Farhan was out for 1. Iftikhar Ahmed crawled his way to 10 runs off 14 balls to put the pressure on Rizwan. Mohammad Nawaz finally came good and helped Rizwan take the side to a competitive total.

Needing 159 runs to win, New Zealand found themselves in a huge spot of bother. Shaheen Shah Afridi prized out three early wickets to leave the hosts at 20 for 3. Finn Allen was out for 8, while Tim Seifert was out for a duck. Will Young meanwhile was out for 4 to give the visitors some hope.

Daryl Mitchell and Glenn Phillips though made sure there was no more dent to the home side. Glenn Phillips scored 70 not out while Daryl Mitchell was not out on 72 as the win came with under two overs to go.
