Meanwhile, Kohli also made it to the media headlines recently. It all happened after he met the Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu in Dharamsala. Virat Kohli met Himachal CM Sukhu after the India vs New Zealand clash at the HPCA Stadium in Dharamsala on Sunday, October 22.

Meanwhile, CM Sukhu praised Team India for their excellent run of form in the ongoing edition of the ODI World Cup. He also scored 95 runs off 104 balls to help India win by 4 wickets against New Zealand in the all-important match.

He is currently the fourth-highest run-scorer in the history of the ODI World Cup and the second-highest run-scorer for India in the ODI World Cup.

Kohli has currently scored 48 ODI centuries, and is just two centuries behind breaking the World record of 49 ODI centuries, which is currently to the name of former legendary Indian batter Sachin Tendulkar.
