India vs England is currently underway at the Ekana Stadium, Lucknow. Former England captain Michael Vaughan is celebrating his birthday on Sunday. Former players have wished the former skipper well. He has been one of the most active cricketers on social media. The English batter is also known for his cheeky and controversial comments on Twitter. 

Former India opener Wasim Jaffer tweeted on his birthday with a photo of a cake to wish the player in his own style. Jaffer is always in exchange for funny banter with the former English skipper. He again on Sunday, trolled him while sending birthday wishes. He took a screenshot of Vaughan's last year post. 

England have bowled brilliantly against India and might restrict them to under 250 runs on a tricky wicket of Lucknow. David Willey was the pick of the bowlers for them with Rohit Sharma scoring the highest for his side scoring 87 runs. India have scored 229 runs in their 50 overs.

They have an incredible group of players, thoroughly deserve to now hold both white ball WCs .. In Ben stokes they have a player who just knows how to win the big moments .. Great teams need Great individuals.. England have plenty." 

Previously Vaughan posted, "The Aussies are starting to look ominous .. now Travis head is back they are the team who could beat the hosts .. #CWC2023 .. btw I don’t think they will but they could." Vaughan posted, "England in the World Cup semis. In response, Sehwag pointed out that England have reached the semi-finals just once in the last eight editions. "Not in 1996, 1999, 2003, 2007, 2011, 2015 and 2023 . Just one in 8 attempts."
