Yuzvendra Chahal Jos Buttler
On 19 April, Rajasthan Royals (RR) played against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in Jaipur, but unfortunately lost the game by 10 runs. However, an image has gone viral on social media where Yuzvendra Chahal, who is also a part of RR, is seen proposing to his teammate Jos Buttler on his knee with a flower pot in his hand. The image was shared by RR on their official Twitter account, and it has caused a stir among fans.
Yuzvendra Chahal is having a good season in IPL 2023 with 11 wickets in six matches. However, in the last match against LSG, he had a disappointing outing as he failed to take any wickets and was smashed for 41 runs in four overs. On the other hand, Jos Buttler was seen struggling with the bat during the chase and scored 40 runs off 41 balls. RR could only manage to score 144 runs for six wickets, falling short of the target.
RR's skipper, Sanju Samson, said after the match that they need to take lessons from the game and move on. He also believed that with the batting line-up they have, the score was chaseable. Despite the loss, fans have been excited about the bond between Jos Buttler and Yuzvendra Chahal, which has been a talking point for a while.
