Popular Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) team led by Tanmay "Sc0utOP" Singh, Team XSpark have revealed their new line-up for 2024 BGMI tournaments. The reveal was done through Sc0utOP’s official YouTube channel.
Much like other teams who are also going through a roster shuffle, Team XSpark with Dreams taking the role of In-game leader (IGL) also plans to make it big this year in the Indian esports scene.
The new roster consists:
Sarangajyoti “Sarang” Deka
Tushar "DreamS" Jain
Harsh “SPRAYGOD” Malik
Shubham “NinjaJOD” Sahoo
Previous roster failed to perform
The previous roster consisting of Aditya, Pukar, SyedOP, Sarag, and Darklod last year was revealed after BGMI was unbanned. However, the team was not able to keep up with the others. Apart from Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2023, the team did not see much success.
Due to this, the team saw some major changes. SyedOP departed for Hyderabad Hydras, while Darklord joined Global Esports. Following their departure, DreamS joined the roster, but the team was still not able to perform up to fans' expectations.
Other members also changed teams, which led to the creation of the current roster. NinjaJOD, one of the fan favourites last year also left his previous team Gods Reign. His performance during the Villager Esports Pro Invitational, and Upthrust Pro Showdown was very well despite not being able to win.
This time around, the team is preparing for the upcoming Snapdragon BGMI Pro Series. The tournament is the first major BGMI event of 2024 and Team XSpark is planning to once again rise to glory with the new roster.
Like many other popular teams, Team XSpark have also received a direct invite to the event and will be playing against other invited teams and the ones qualified through Conquest Open Finals.
