Former cricketer Rahul Sharma took to Twitter to thank former India batter Gautam Gambhir for his invaluable assistance in the treatment of his unwell mother-in-law. For those unfamiliar, Rahul's mother-in-law was in critical condition due to a brain haemorrhage.
According to recent developments, the former spinner revealed that it was Gambhir who came to his aid during a critical time. He further stated that the left-handed batter, with the support of his personal assistant, Gaurav Arora, provided his mother-in-law with the best neurologist and had her hospitalised at the Sir Ganga Ram hospital in New Delhi.
Rahul went on to say that the surgery went well and thanked everyone who assisted him during this difficult time. Rahul took to Twitter following the successful surgery to share emotional photos of his mother-in-law.
"Last month was very difficult. My mother-in-law had brain haemorrhage, she was in critical condition. Thank you Gautam Gambhir paaji & ( his PA Gaurav Arora) who helped me in such difficult time & he provided the best neurologist and hospital in such a short time and the surgery has been done successfully. Now she is absolutely fine. Thanks to Gangaram hospital and their staff for excellent care. Special thanks to Dr. Manish Chugh, you compassionate treatment is miraculous," Rahul wrote on Twitter.

Gautam Gambhir mentor's LSG in IPL
Gambhir is now the mentor of the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in the ongoing IPL 2023. Lucknow has played 11 games this season and is now third on the IPL points table with 11 points and a Net Run Rate (NRR) of 0.294.
The injury to regular skipper KL Rahul, who will be out for the rest of the season, dealt a significant blow to the team. It will be interesting to see if Lucknow can regain its winning ways now that Krunal Pandya is in charge. On Saturday, May 13, LSG will face Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad.

For all those noobies abusing Kohli in the comments, search about Virat Kohli Foundation. Started before Gambhir, and has been absolute transparent unlike a politician who's made promises.
