Former Portugal player Cristiano Ronaldo's Al-Nassr has won their maiden Arab Club Champions title, beating Al-Hilal in the final. Also, this is Al-Nassr's first title across different Arabian tournaments. Not to forget, the team lost the summit clash of the Saudi Pro League last season. Meanwhile, talking about the Club Champions Cup,  teams from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Morocco, Tunisia, and Algeria. participate in the tournament.

Talking about Ronaldo, he scored six goals in the tournament. Meanwhile, in this game, the eventual winners had only 10 players on the pitch. Star-studded line-up consisting of Sadio Mane, Seko Fofana Marcelo Brozovic, etc were denied scoring opportunities by Hilal's goalie Mohammed Alowais. For the first 51 minutes, both teams remained goalless. However, Hilal's Malcom assisted and Michael got the team in front. The latter even produced the Ronaldo goal celebration.

In the 74th minute, Portugal and Nassr skipper scored an equalizer. This goal led to the game being extended into extra time (30 minutes). In the second half, Abdulelah Al-Amri was sent off and couldn't participate in the game. In the first 15 minutes of the extra time, Ronaldo took the team in the lead and eventually, won the game 2-1, lifting their maiden title.
