Suryakumar Yadav is in sublime form. He recently scored a T20I century against New Zealand on November 20, Sunday, bringing up his second T20I hundred this year and in his career. He scored a fine knock of 111 runs from 51 balls at the Bay Oval, Mount Maunganui, which took India to a 1-0 lead in the three-match T20I series against the Blackcaps. Suryakumar has scored 1,395 runs across 41 matches in T20Is at an average of 45.00 and with a mind-boggling strike rate of over 180.
Not only in the T20Is but Suryakumar's ODI career is also on the rise. He has scored 340 runs in 13 ODIs at an average of 34.00. While the white-ball career has been great for the 32-year-old so far, he is yet to earn a Test cap for India.

When he was asked about his Test debut, the Mumbai boy said it would happen very soon. He spoke about how everyone starting their career begins with the longest format. He also spoke about playing First-class cricket for Mumbai, which he believes has helped him understand the game better.

The 32-year-old has played 77 First-Class games and scored 5326 runs at an average of over 44. He has hit 14 tons in the format alongside scoring 26 fifties. His highest score in this format is 200.
