Chennai Super Kings all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja lost his cool during the recently ended IPL 2023 clash with Sunrisers Hyderabad at the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium on Friday. The incident took place in the 14th over of the SRH innings. Jadeja was called to complete his bowling quota. On the very first ball of the over, Jadeja tricked Mayank Agarwal and got a leading edge while trying to tuck the fuller one from Jadeja through the on-side.

The 34-year-old looked set to take a comfortable catch. But Heinrich Klassen, who was standing at the non-striker's end was clearing the area for the ball to pass through but ended up colliding with Jadeja as the CSK all-rounder was heading to grab the ball. After that, Jadeja lost his cool and was left furious at the Klassen. The SRH batter apologized to him immediately, and even after that, Jadeja threw a cold stare and then hurled a mouthful at him.

Three deliveries later, Jadeja was finally able to dismiss Agarwal as he forced the SRH batter to come out of the crease with a short-length delivery. After that, CSK skipper MS Dhoni took no time in clearing the stumps, while Agarwal was out of the crease. After the wicket, Jadeja looked back at Klassen again and shouted before celebrating the dismissal. Even Dhoni had a word with Jadeja and tried to calm him down.

CSK registered a convincing victory over SRH

Talking about the match, CSK continued their dominance at their home ground as they defeated SRH by 7 wickets in match number 29 of the season.
