'No trophy, no account' - Fans troll RCB as its Twitter account gets temporarily suspended

Being Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and its fans isn't easy. From 2008 to 2023, they reached finals three times (2009, 2011, and 2016). Apart from this, they played playoffs in 2010, 2015, 2020, 2021, and 2022. However, they haven't been able to lift the title. On the other hand, the fans who have supported them haven't had a great time among rival fans. Over the years, RCB fans have had difficult times during every IPL season.

Meanwhile, the Twitter handle of the Red-army was suspended. An Indian journalist took the screenshots and uploaded images of the same proving the incident. He pointed out the glitch as the followers of the RCB was showing 38.

Notably, three years ago, RCB changed its logo ahead of the 2020 season, which preceded a significant social media build-up from the franchise. And indeed, that was the case as the Twitter account was restored after some time.

Talking about the team, they once against faced the disappointment in the Indian Premier League 2023. In the last league game of the tournament, they lost to eventual finalists, Gujarat Titans. RCB needed to win to qualify for the playoffs. With the Titans winning that game, Mumbai Indians qualified for the playoffs as their NRR was poor and were dependent on other teams.
