After scoring a big hundred against Pakistan in M Chinnaswamy stadium in Bengaluru, David Warner scored second consecutive hundred of the tournament against Netherlands.

David Warner scored the second consecutive ODI hundred of the tournament. After scoring a mammoth hundred against Pakistan at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, Warner scored yet another hundred against the Netherlands. It helped Australia to take a big lead against the Dutch in Arun Jaitely stadium in Delhi. Australia looks to be in control of the match, thanks to Warner's knock. 

Earlier, Pat Cummins won the toss and elected to bat first. The decision of Cummins was proven right by the experienced batters like Warner and Steve Smith. After losing Mitchell Marsh early in the innings, the duo of Warner and Smith steadied the ship for Australia. Even Marnus Labuschagne aided Warner well with his timely knock in the match. 

The star of the show has been Warner, who registered his 22nd hundred in ODIs and 48th in international cricket. From 28/1 at one stage, Warner batted till Australia reached a score of 267/5 after 39.1 overs. It was a very good knock, in which Warner hit many boundaries. Watching him bat was nothing short of a delight. It helped Australia to dominate the match.

David Warner brings out 'Pushpa' celebration after scoring a hundred 

The Southpaw played some of his trademark shots like cut shots, lofted cover drives, pull shots, sweep shots, and so on. Warner visibly looked at his best against a talented attack from the Netherlands. Against an attack consisting of Aryan Dutt, Colin Ackerman, Logan Van Beek, Paul Van Meekeren, Vikramjit Singh, Roelof Van Der Merwe, and Bas De Leede, Warner scored a fabulous hundred.

In his stay in the middle, Warner scored 104 runs in 93 balls, which included 11 fours and 3 sixes. The aggressive knock of Warner meant that Australia had full control of the match. After scoring the hundred, Warner brought out his famous celebration where he removed the helmet, jumped through the air and punched the air. He also brought out his 'Pushpa' celebration, which has become the talk of the town.
