Fans are very excited about the Test Championship final between India and Australia, which will take place from June 7–11 at the Oval in London. Both teams are preparing to battle it out for the beautiful Test Mace. Both Pat Cummins' team and Rohit Sharma's team have started their preparations for the high-profile match.

Meanwhile, India’s premium pacer Jasprit Bumrah’s wife Sanjana Ganesan has shared a picture from Oval on her Instagram account. Sanjana might work as a presenter there while Bumrah is still recovering from his injury and won’t be taking part in the Test Championship final. Due to this, some fans have trolled him for getting injured ahead of many major tournaments.

Given that Australia and India placed first and second respectively in the Test Championship cycle 2021–23 points table, both teams will be vying for the trophy. Australia finished first in the points standings this cycle, while Team India came in second, in contrast to their forgettable performance in the previous cycle.

Can India lift the Test Mace this time?

The Indian team will play in the Test Championship final for the second time in a row, and after falling to New Zealand last time in 2022, they might have learned from that loss and will be hoping to win the title this time. India and Australia recently clashed against each other in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy where the Men in Blue won the series by 2-1.

The Test Championship final in 2023 will be an exciting encounter between the top two Test-playing nations, and with so many superstars expected to perform on the big stage, it is possible that a draw might also occur. Although, there will be a backup day scheduled in case rain interferes with the final, as it did during the conclusion of the last season. The additional playing time, however, won't be taken into account until there is a significant loss of playing time in the first five days.
