5) 40 vs Royal Challengers Bangalore (2011)

Mumbai wanted their innings to get off to a fast start in order to respond to RCB's impressive 185 on a slow pitch. Assuring they received the same was Sachin Tendulkar. In order to keep Mumbai in the race, Sachin hit a strike at 166.6 with seven fours and 40 off just 24.

However, as the Little Master left, MI gave way under the strain of the difficult pursuit, falling considerably short of the pursuit. Thus, Mumbai Indians and Sachin's hunt for an IPL championship would continue until RCB reached their second final.

4) 72 vs Chennai Super Kings (2010)

The greatest version of Sachin once again showed up for Mumbai Indians in a league game against Chennai Super Kings. With the outstanding performances of Suresh Raina and S. Badrinath, Chennai Super Kings was able to reach their target score of 181 after batting first against the Mumbai Indians.

Mumbai came to bat, and the score appeared to be so low; the Master Blaster scored 72(52), which included 8 fours and 1 six. Finally, Mumbai Indians triumphed by 5 wickets with an extra over to spare.

3) 68 vs Kolkata Knight Riders (2009)

Mumbai Indians nearly scored half of their runs when they began to bat, with a noticeable score of 187/6. With Sanath Jayasuriya's 52(32) and Sachin's 68 runs in 45 deliveries, the duo had contributed well. However, no one was able to remain in the crease for very long until the men in purple entered.

Finally, KKR was all out for 95 runs. Lasith Malinga and Abhishek Nayar each took three wickets to help their team win. It was a great win for the team and it was due to an impressive performance from the little master.

2) 89*  vs Rajasthan Royals (2010)

In IPL 2010, Sachin Tendulkar's second-best performance came against the Rajasthan Royals, who were captained by Shane Warne. Sachin scored 89 runs in 59 deliveries while batting first, with 10 fours and 2 sixes. 

The Mumbai Indians had scored 174/5, and once again their bowling had secured victory for the group. However, Michael Lumb and Naman Ojha dealt Rajasthan a great start, but eventually, it weathered down the entire team and was held to a score of 137/8. 

1) 100* vs Kochi Tuskers Kerela (2011)

In the IPL, Sachin has only recorded one century, which he got against Kochi Tuskers Kerala. At a score of 100, he was still alive after 66 deliveries. In that knock, he had struck 12 fours and three sixes. Mumbai had reached 182/2 thanks to Ambati Rayudu and Tendulkar's prolonged partnership. 

However, Kochi had comfortably won the match with 8 wickets remaining, thanks to captain Mahela Jayawardene and Brendon McCullum's amazing innings. However, Mumbai Indians' subpar bowling lineup cost them dearly during the whole IPL 2011 season.
