After a disappointing 20-20 World Cup exit, Australia are looking to rebound and begin to set its sights on next year’s 50-50 World Cup. The Kangaroos are currently taking on England in a three-match T20I series.

Australia have selected an almost full-strength squad to kick start their campaign for the upcoming 50-50 World Cup under the leadership of Pat Cummins. Although, the star batting all-rounder Glenn Maxwell will miss the series following a leg injury.

The first ODI is currently underway and the English side are in a troublesome situation. The Men in Yellow removed Jason Roy, James Vince, Phil Salt, and Sam Billings cheaply but Malan kept the team in the hunt by scoring a sensational ton.

Meanwhile, Ashton Agar showed a beautiful display of fielding during the innings. He broke the partnership between Liam Dawson and Malan with a brilliant run-out. It was a risky run but England took the chance, which eventually, proved costly.

Australians have always set the bar high when it comes to fielding. Meanwhile. talking about the match, the pacers Mitchell Starc and Pat Cummins were able to dismiss the top-order batters and put pressure on the English side.

Although Malan took the responsibility for taking the innings ahead and helped the team to put a good target for the Aussies. With the help of the lower-order batsmen, Malan was able to set a fighting total for his side. Now all eyes will be on the bowlers to take some early wickets and put pressure on the strong batting line-up of Australia.

The Australians will look to achieve the target without losing early wickets and start the tour with a one-sided victory. The Australians must be very annoyed to let the opposition make a comeback after a bad start by their top-order batsmen. But keeping in mind that Adelaide is a high-scoring ground and having some best batsmen in their side, they will look to win the match without any difficulty.
