The team is considered to be one of the favorites to win the tournament by many. In Hyderabad airport, the players, support staff, and coaches of New Zealand were seen arriving from their journey. The fans welcomed the players of New Zealand with warmth.

The players of New Zealand received good cheers from the fans, who were gathered at the airport for welcoming. Kane Williamson was back in Hyderabad after a long time. The former captain of Sunrisers Hyderabad was like an adopted son of Hyderabad, when he played for the franchise for a long time till 2022. It will be an emotional comeback for the player and the fans when they meet in the practice games.

Along with Williamson, other key players from New Zealand arrived at the airport as well. The pacers like Kyle Jamieson, Matt Henry, and Lockie Ferguson were seen at the airport. Along with them, the batters like Tom Latham, Devon Conway, and others were also spotted in the airport along with the support staff.
