Bangladesh's batting order once again failed against the formidable New Zealand in the 3rd ODI. The hosts have been bowled for a mere 171 runs in 34.3 overs. Kiwi pacers Adam Milne and Trent Boult have been fiery with Bowl as they turned the game in their favour. However, a funny dismissal of Bangladesh wicketkeeper-batter Mushfiqur Rahim stole their limelight.
In the 16th over of the game, Rahim was facing Lockie Ferguson. He had added a 53-run partnership with skipper Najmul Hossain Shanto. However, on the very first ball of the over, Rahim defended it towards extra cover, but the ball took the inside edge and went behind him towards the stumps. Meanwhile, Rahim showcased his bizarre football skills and tried to stop the ball, but he failed and lost his wicket.
Here is the video of Mushfiqur Rahim:

It's worth noting that in the game, apart from Bangladesh skipper Shanto, not a single batter looked comfortable. Shanto, in his innings, scored 76 runs off 84 balls with the help of ten boundaries. However, a lack of support from other batters prevented Bangladesh from posting a competitive total. Meanwhile, for New Zealand, Boult clinched three wickets while Milne got four.
