Following the heated altercation last night during the Indian Premier League game between Lucknow Super Giants and Royal Challengers Bangalore, Virat Kohli and Naveen Ul-Haq didn’t let bygones be bygones.
Early in the morning, Virat Kohli used social media to share a mysterious Instagram story.
“Everything we hear is an opinion, not a fact. Everything we see is a perspective, not the truth," read Kohli's Instagram story.
Also taking this seriously, Naveen Ul-Haq published an enigmatic Instagram story that read,
“You get what you deserve, that's how it should be and that’s how it goes.”
Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir got into a fight after the Indian Premier League contest between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Lucknow Super Giants on Monday. The Indian Premier League Code of Conduct was violated as a result of the altercation, and both cricketing greats were fined 100% of their respective match salaries.
Kohli looked to be responding to the online rumours regarding the on-field events when he posted a mystery message on Instagram on Tuesday morning. The Indian batting legend and past opener, Gautam Gambhir, who is now a part of the LSG support crew, added a new incident to their storied rivalry by exchanging barbs during what seemed to be a heated argument.
The two had to be separated by Amit Mishra, Faf du Plessis, and LSG assistant coach Vijay Dahiya. Following the altercation, Kohli was spotted speaking to LSG captain KL Rahul.
Royal Challengers Bangalore overcame their opponent by 18 runs, thanks to Kohli's important 31-run knock. It appears that Kohli's brief conversation with LSG star Kyle Mayers served as the catalyst for the argument. Gambhir proved to have been the more angry of the two, but the LSG players and staff repeatedly stopped him from storming towards Kohli. They exchanged this after shaking hands.
The Lucknow Super Giants' miserable run at home continued as they were unable to pursue a difficult 127 total. Lucknow's top five batsmen were gone after a dreadful opening seven overs. Krishnappa Gowtham put in some effort, but LSG were bowled out at 108 with one ball remaining. They now face a mighty Chennai side, who are buzzing with confidence and it is a top four clash that fans must be excited for.

He is a youngster and need to keep his cool because you have a long way to go. Sometimes its better to make cricket do all the talking like Sachin used to do.
