India and Australia is playing their final and third ODI in Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Rajkot. With the Aussies batting first they got a brilliant start with opener David Warner and Mitchell Marsh giving them the best start in this series. Warner was dismissed after scoring 56 runs off 34 balls.

Mitchell Marsh missed a well-deserved century as he was dismissed by Kuldeep Yadav on 96 runs. Steve Smith looked in good touch against the Indian bowlers as he reached his 5,000 ODI runs on Wednesday. But the immense heat and humidity proved to be the bigger challenge for the cricketers.

During the drinks break, Smith had a chair on the ground as well as an ice pack in order to keep himself hydrated. It looked like he was feeling better but one over later, he once again asked for drinks to come in with the chair and the ice pack. After which he was dismissed by Mohammed Siraj.

Australia sets a big total

India has already led the three-match series 2-0. Australia captain Pat Cummins won the toss and elected to bat against India. They have brought back Mitchell Starc and Glen Maxwell in the squad for the last match. Though Maxwell failed to have an impact as he was dismissed by a sensational yorker from Jasprit Bumrah.

With Shubman Gill and Ishan Kishan out of the last ODI, Virat Kohli is likely to open with Rohit Sharma. The other changes, Ravichandran Ashwin was replaced by Washington Sundar. For the visitors spinner Tanveer Sangha will be making his debut. Rohit wanted the Rajkot surface to play better under lights and wanted to field.

Australia was looking dangerous while batting but after the two quick wickets of Marsh and Smith the total which was looking around 375+, was reduced to 352-7. India will have a test while batting under lights against the likes of Mitchell Starc and Pat Cummins. Both the teams will want to end the series on a hight note before they meet for their World Cup opener in Chennai.
