In the ongoing 16th edition of the Indian Premier League, Gujarat Titans (GT) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) squared off on May 21, 2023. The tournament's 70th match was played at Bengaluru's M Chinnaswamy Stadium. After MI defeated SRH in their previous game, RCB had to win this one but they failed to do so and are eliminated from the tournament.
Meanwhile, after RCB’s loss, Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) who earlier had a fiery contest with the Faf du Plessis-led team on May 1 have tweeted something related to it again. RCB suffered a heartbreaking loss to GT and after it LSG tweeted, “Give it? Take it? Let's leave it. Well fought, @RCBTweets. See you next season.”
Here's the Tweet by LSG:

Well fought, @RCBTweets. See you next season. 🤙
However, talking about the match, after winning the toss, GT skipper Hardik Pandya invited RCB to put runs on the scoreboard. Virat Kohli and Faf du Plessis opened the batting for RCB. With a 67-run partnership for the first wicket, both of these openers got the game off to an explosive start. Du Plessis hit five fours in scoring 28 runs off 19 balls. Then, with RCB battling with 85 runs for three wickets in 9.1 overs, Maxwell and Lomror failed miserably.
Brilliant batting performance by GT
However, Kohli once more maintained his strong batting performance. After hitting his sixth IPL century against SRH in Hyderabad, he arrived to this match. Now that Kohli has the most IPL centuries to his name, he hit his seventh century against GT. With RCB scoring 197 runs for five wickets in 20 overs, Kohli was not out after scoring 101* runs off 61 balls, including 13 fours and one six. Anuj Rawat scored 23* runs off 15 balls, while Michael Bracewell scored 26 runs off 16 balls.
Wriddhiman Saha responded with 12 runs off 14 balls before returning to the bench. However, Shubman Gill and Vijay Shankar set up a 123-run partnership for the second wicket. Shankar hit seven fours and two sixes in his 53 runs off 35 balls. Following that, Gill proceeded to hit with power and recorded his second century of the year. He had 104* runs off 52 balls, including five fours and eight sixes, and was still unbeaten. As a result, GT reached the goal in 19.1 overs, eliminating RCB from the IPL 2023. As the fourth club to qualify for the playoffs, MI also did so.

You should have a look at the way you just escaped the last match. And btw, did you see how lucky many runs GT got?
