India’s young star batter Shubmang Gill, who performed exceptionally well in the recently concluded Indian Premier League 2023, is in excellent form right now. Because of his outstanding performance, Gill took home a total of four IPL 2023 awards this year, including a whopping prize for winning the Orange Cap and IPL 2023 MVP titles. 

Meanwhile, Gill, who will now be seen in the Test Championship final against Australia on June 7 at The Oval, said that he wants to have superpowers like Spider-Man. Actually, Gill was asked by a reporter about what he would like to do if he becomes Spider-Man for a day. Gill first replied that he would be swinging across the building but later stated that he would use his superpowers in the upcoming ODI World Cup to grab the balls easily.

"I would want to be Spider-Man in the World Cup final because I would have spider sense and I would be able to catch balls". 

The cricketer, who was born in Punjab, has demonstrated remarkable promise in his brief international career and is highly respected by cricket experts. As India gets ready to play Australia in the World Cup final at the Oval beginning on June 7, Gill and the rest of the team have arrived in the UK.

Interestingly, Gill has also lent his voice to the animated Hindi version of Spider-Man. The movie's main character, Pavitr Prabhakar, is voiced by the 23-year-old rising star, and the fans appeared incredibly excited and eagerly awaited the film's impending release. Gill personally discussed it and gave his own personal experience.

“I have grown up watching Spider-Man, and he is one of the most relatable superheroes. Since the movie will be debuting the Indian Spider-Man for the first time on screen, getting to be the voice of our Indian Spider-Man, Pavitr Prabhakar, in the Hindi and Punjabi languages was such a remarkable experience for me. Already, I feel superhuman. I am eagerly anticipating the release of this movie.” Gill said earlier.
