Cricketers wish for Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha Ceremony

The wait for almost 500 years has been over with Ram Mandir's Pran Pratishtha ceremony will take place on Monday, 22nd January. Various people of the country have celebrated the event grandly. The entire nation was eagerly waiting for the start of the sacred event which was attended by famous personalities from the country. The PTI reports stated there is a 500-state guest list, which includes politicians, actors, sports icons, and entrepreneurs invited to the event on Monday.

With likes of Sachin Tendulkar, Kapil Dev, MS Dhoni, and the present team India cricketers include Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Ravindra Jadeja, and Ravichandran Ashwin and the list continues it also includes Sunil Gavaskar, Sourav Ganguly, Anil Kumble, Virendra Sehwag, and Rahul Dravid all were invited. Venkatesh Prasad who was also in Ayodhya for the ceremony shared his feelings of joy being part of the event. Women's cricket team former captain Mithali Raj and current captain Harmanpreet Kaur will also witness the enormous occasion. 

Other sports stars listed are Saina Nehwal and PV Sindhu, chess maestri Viswanathan Anand, PT Usha, Prakash Padukone, and footballer Bhaichung Bhutia. Bollywood actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Anupam Kher, Ajay Devgn, Ranbir Kapoor, and Alia Bhatt are on the guest list, which also features Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal, Kangana Ranaut, Madhuri Dixit.

Former Pakistan cricketer Danish Kaneria was also part of the celebration as he was spotted in a Hindu temple in America. Other cricketers who were not part of the guest list with Suresh Raina, Aakash Chopra, Ajinkya Rahane, and many more celebrated in their way by posting their prayers and posting about the special occasion on social media. Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Rajasthan Royals also shared a clip of how the city of Jaipur has embraced the occasion and donned the orange hue in celebration of the special day.

Raina tweeted saying "Congratulations to Ayodhya Nandan🚩🙏🏻 Congratulations to Kaushalya Nandan. Jai Ram Shri Ram Jai Jai Ram" Hearty congratulations of 'Shri Ramlala Pran Pratistha' and may the immense blessings of, Prabhu Shri Ram be upon everyone."
