Ishan Kishan seen partying in Dubai after taking break

Ishan Kishan is accused to have misused his break period by some of the reports. The star cricketer had asked for a break during the Indian tour of South Africa. there have been many speculations regarding the move of the cricketer, as many claim him to have enjoyed his time away from cricket in Dubai. It has not gone well with some of the fans.

Kishan was seen in Dubai partying with friends. When asked about the same, one of the close relatives of Kishan claimed that he was indeed in Dubai and flew away for the birthday party of his brother. They further questioned why would it matter if the Mumbai Indians batter was enjoying the vacation or spending it on working about one's failures or change of tenchnique.

The reprots also claimed that Kishan was out of the squad of India as he was found guilty in not asking the permission of the Indian cricket board in order to take part in a TV show. Kishan had appeared in the 'Kaun Banega Crorepati' show of Amitabh Bachchan along with Smriti Mandhana. However, the statement from the Indian coach does not seem to have anything to do with it.

Rahul Dravid speaks about Ishan Kishan's snub

Many reports claimed that Kishan was intentionally left out of the series against Afghanistan. When asked about the same in the press conference, Dravid claimed that the reports were wrong in spreading the misinformation. The Indian coach added that Kishan had asked for a break during the Test series against South Africa and confirmed that the star batter has not made himslef available for selections yet.

"There's no disciplinary reason. Ishan wasn't available for selection. He asked for a break in SA which we agreed to. He has not made himself available for selection as of yet," said Rahul Dravid in his statement. It was reported that Ishan was not happy with the fact that India refused to give him the break soon after the ODI WC 2023. He hence took the break during the Test series against SA.
