Football Association has charged him with improper conduct and banned him for two games.

Ronaldo will be leaving Manchester United immediately “by mutual agreement,” announcing his exit less than a week after he criticized management in an interview and charged the club with betraying him. He is free to join another club immediately after leaving Old Trafford and will not have to wait until the January transfer window. For now, Ronaldo will be seen playing for his country Portugal in the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar.
