Brilliant bowling performance by the Australian team

Talking about the match, the 3rd Test is being played at the Headingley in Leeds. England’s captain Ben Stokes won the toss and opted to bowl first and his decision proved right as the Australian batters were bundled out on the score of just 263 runs. The Kangaroos included their star allrounder Mitchell Marsh in the squad and smashed a breathtaking century. He scored 118 runs off 118 balls which included 17 fours and 4 sixes.

England made multiple changes for the 3rd Test as Mark Wood, Chris Woakes and Moeen Ali replaced James Anderson, Josh Tongue and Ollie Pope respectively. Wood proved his worth and picked up an amazing fifer in the 1st innings. Australian batters were unable to play against the Wood as he has extra pace which also helps to get extra bounce.

Coming to bat, England had a horrible start as they lost their 2 wickets on the score of just 22 runs. However, later, Zak Crawley and Joe Root steadied the ship but Marsh came and provided a crucial breakthrough to the team by dismissing Crawley. At the end of the 1st day, England were on 68 for 3 wickets.
