Godlike Esports isn’t having a great time these days when it comes to Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) tournaments. They produced an embarrassing performance in the recently concluded Skyesports Champions Series BGMI where they finished at the 12th spot in the finals. They couldn’t even take a single ‘Winner winner chicken dinner’ in a single match which was the biggest reason for their poor performance.

Meanwhile, Godlike Esports’ co-owner Amar Chandgude recently came live on his YouTube Channel where addressed the fans regarding his teams’ poor performance in the tournament. However, he revealed that the group had chosen to take a pause and concentrate on coming up with fresh plans.

Amar admitted that their rivals had read their present tactics and opposed them. Amar promised the supporters that GodLike Esports would return in the upcoming event run by Nodwin Gaming, even if this gap might last through a few tournaments.

Can this strategic break bring Godlike's form back?

Vivek "ClutchGod" Horo, Jonathan "JONATHAN" Amaral, Suraj "Neyoo" Majumdar, Abhishek "ZGOD" Choudhary, Arjun "SHADOW" Mandhalkar, and Abhijeet "GHATAK" Andhare make up the current GodLike Esports BGMI roster. Fans questioned Amar during the stream as to whether or not the lineup would be scrapped. He said that this wouldn't happen because the players are still young and will undoubtedly make a remarkable comeback in the future.

Additionally, Ghatak, who often serves as a mentor for the team, took to Instagram to share his opinions on GodLike's recent performance. He was aware that the squad had fallen short of expectations, but he was optimistic that they would turn things around. Ghatak stated his faith in GodLike Esports making a better comeback while thanking the supporters for their continued support.

Talking about the upcoming Nodwin Gaming BGMI event, former Soul Esports player Parv 'Regaltos' Singh will be seen playing an unofficial tournament after a long gap. He will be playing from 'Team Veterans', however, the team consists of some new faces but it'd be interesting to see how the tournament goes for Regaltos as he is hoping to make a comeback in the esports scenario.
