Indian cricket team veteran leg-spinner in the limited-overs of the game, Yuzvendra Chahal was recently in action during the recently concluded Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023. Chahal continued his brilliant run in IPL as he picked up 21 wickets in 14 matches he played during the season and ended up in the 5th spot of the Purple cap list.

Meanwhile, Chahal, who recently came forward and donated INR 1 lakh for the support of Orissa train accident victims during the popular gamer ‘Scout’ Livestream, has once again done a great thing by donating INR 2 lakhs for a good cause but this time, he took this initiative during ‘Soul Regaltos’ Livestream.

The 22-year-old gamer, who earlier used to play for Soul Esports as an esports player in Playerunkown Battlegrounds (PUBG) mobile, came live on his YouTube channel. While he was playing Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) with his squad, Chahal called him and said that he will donate INR 2 Lakhs if he wins the match.

I try to give my best in domestic and Ranji games: Yuzvendra Chahal

However, Parv Singh, aka Regaltos, couldn’t win the match but still Chahal donated the amount after he was appreciated by a lot of viewers who were watching the live stream. Meanwhile, Chahal recently talked about his dream to play for the Indian Test team as he is yet to make his debut in the longest format.

"Every cricketer has a dream of representing his/her team on the international platform. And they reach the pinnacle when they wear whites and play red-ball cricket. I have a similar dream too. I have achieved a lot in white-ball cricket, but red-ball is still on my checklist. I still have the dream of getting the tag of ‘Test cricketer’ next to my name. I try to give my best in domestic and Ranji games so as to fulfil this dream of mine, and I hope to get the opportunity of representing the Indian Test team soon," Chahal said to Crictracker.
