Team SOUL’s Battlegrounds Mobile India coach Amit ‘Amit’ Dubey recently scheduled a live stream on his YouTube channel where he was doing a watch party of the ongoing BGMI scrims. However, during the stream, many fans were asking him about what is the role of Hector in their squad.
He noted that numerous individuals have criticised Hector’s gameplay. The BGMI pro pleaded the fans to refrain from doing this, stating he wants them to keep in mind how Hector has consistently stood up for Team SouL when necessary. Hector proved wrong all of his detractors by giving an outstanding performance in the Battlegrounds Mobile Pro Series, which enabled his side to win.
“A lot of people criticize Hector’s gameplay by tagging him on their Instagram stories. However, it must be remembered how he stepped up when the team needed him the most. When all the chips were down and nobody believed in him that he would deliver in the biggest competition, he proved them wrong.”

Amit described how Hector stepped up for Team SouL and outperformed every other BGMI esports player during the same live stream. He claimed that there were some games where Hector played better than expected and surpassed his teammate Akshat.
Hector put up a lot of effort on the practice pitch, according to Amit, and stepped up when necessary. The coach emphasised how the player is a shining example of someone who has repeatedly overcome his weaknesses by putting up a lot of work.
“When it mattered the most, he stepped up and outperformed everyone. There were even a few matches in which Hector outperformed Akshat. So that’s it. Where he had to step up, try hard, and perform, he did that efficiently. He has proven that you can overcome your shortcomings by working hard.”
