England Test skipper Ben Stokes has claimed that he hasn't received his bags from British Airways. The airline is one of the biggest carriers of passengers in the United Kingdom and across the globe. The airline has been infamous for not providing the best services to its consumers, although some of the complaints are frivolous. Meanwhile, Stokes, who led the team to a 2-2 draw in the Ashes 2023 wasn't happy.
He took to Twitter to complain about the above-mentioned issue. Notably, the airline has replied to him on Twitter and promised to look into the matter.
Bags not turned up off the plane @British_Airways and help would be greatly appreciated

It will be interesting to see whether the issue is resolved or not. The fans have also sympathized with the two-time World Cup winner.

Good to know British Airways doesnโt discriminate among VIP and ordinary people. Very consistent services. ๐

Have you reunited Ben with his bags yet? None of us will be able to rest until we hear the good news!

Happy, a pro cricketer called them out. In general, they donโt care. Youโre often just a number to them.

We decided to meet up in a nightclub: Ben Stokes
Notably, after the recently-concluded Ashes 2023, controversy brew up regarding the players' meet-up. As a custom after the series, players from both teams meet each other, setting aside the differences. However, with the get-together of England players and their families lasted more than usual. This led to Australian players not being invited immediately.
The visiting team players left before they could be invited.
An anonymous source from the Australian dressing room, however, told Fox Sports: "We don't really care, we've got the urn, but after a hard-fought series it is pretty pathetic. Talk about the spirit of cricket."
Also, England head coach, Brendon McCullum's statement a month ago after Jonny Bairstow's infamous stumping didn't help the cause
"I can't imagine we'll be having a beer with them any time soon," he told BBC TMS at stumps after Australia had triumphed at Lord's to go 2-0 up. A month on, the head coach had softened his stance.
"Yeah, we'll have a beer," answered McCullum when asked if drinks were back on the table. He also clarified his reaction, stating he held no ill will towards Australia, particularly Cummins.
To clarifyโฆ

Our wrap took longer than expected because of multiple last time eventโs.
We decided to meet up in the night club rather than the dressing room
