Rinku Singh's recent interaction with Yash Dayal on Instagram goes viral after he hit pacer for 5 consecutive sixes in IPL

The result can't be decided before the end of any game and something similar was seen in the match played between Gujarat Titans and Kolkata Knight Riders on Sunday, April 9 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.  KKR needed 29 runs to win in the final over and everyone felt that the match was completely in the hands of Gujarat, but Rinku Singh proved everyone wrong by hitting 5 consecutive sixes and helped the team to register a memorable victory.

Meanwhile, a recent Instagram interaction between Riknu and Yash Dayal, who bowled the over for GT, is getting viral on social media. Rinku shared a post on Instagram after KKR defeated RCB at Eden Gardens and wrote in the caption, “Memorable victory. Special mention to all our wonderful fans for turning up in huge numbers and having our back." Dayal also left a comment under Rinku's post and wrote, “Big player bhai (brother)."

Talking about the thrilling contest, the responsibility of bowling the last over of the innings for Gujarat Titans was handed over to Dayal, who conceded just 1 run on the first ball when Umesh Yadav completed the run by smashing the ball towards long on. After this, Rinku, who came on strike, needed to hit sixes on each ball to win from here.

Rinku hit the second ball of the over for a six at long off. After this, Rinku hit the third ball over deep backward square leg for a six. On the last 3 balls, KKR needed 16 runs to win. Rinku hit the fourth ball at long off and took it across the boundary.

On the last 2 balls, KKR  needed 10 runs to win. With Rinku hitting the 5th ball for a six over long on, the match completely turned towards KKR. On the last ball, Rinku played an important role in helping the team win by a thrilling 3 wickets in the match with a six towards the straight. The young left-hander played an unbeaten inning of 48 runs in 21 balls with the help of 1 four and 6 sixes.

Rinku, who missed the last season of IPL due to injury, has impressed everyone with his performances, so far, this season, including a crucial 33-ball 46 in the last match against Royal Challengers Bangalore.
