'Soch le bhai sochne ke kon se paise lagte hai' - Fans troll Harish Rauf for picking Virat Kohli as his dream wicket

India will take on their arch-rival Pakistan in yet another marquee event. The last time when these two opponents were against each other was in the year 2022, when India edged past Pakistan on the back of an exceptional batting masterclass from the chase master, Virat Kohli who helped India chased down a total of 160.

The moment which had been the major talking point from the entire match was Kohli’s straight six on the backfoot off the bowling of Haris Rauf. Kohli hit two back-to-back sixes which pretty much helped the Indian side in chasing down the total. It has been more than eight months now, but the memory is still pretty much fresh in the mind of every cricket fan.

There have been a lot of talks about that game as well as the fast bowler, Rauf even acknowledged that only the former Indian captain could have played that shot against him. “Anyone who knows cricket knows what sort of a player he is. He has played that shot now; I don’t think he can do that again. Such shots are quite rare, you can’t hit them again and again,” he had said as per reported by crictips.com.

But in a recently circulated video, Haris Rauf can be seen having an open discussion with players during the PSL. Speaking to Babar Azam in the video, Haris Rauf listed down his ideal wickets. According to him Babar Azam, Virat Kohli, and Kane Williamson are among his favourite wickets. Rauf continues by recalling how he came close to getting rid of Williamson twice but was unable to do so. However, replying to this claim by the Pakistan speedster, Azam made Rauf recall that he has already dismissed the Pakistan skipper in the nets.

India and Pakistan are set to lock horns in ODI World Cup which is set to place in India at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on October 15.

Here is how fans reacted to this thought of Harris Rauf;
