New Zealand won the 5-match T20I series against Pakistan by winning the third game by 45 runs. Finn Allen smashed the Men in Green bowlers all around the park. As the opener broke several records in the shortest format of the game on Wednesday. He smacked the bowlers all around the park as he hit 16 sixes in the innings of 137 runs. Shaheen Shah Afridi's side has lost all their last 7 games in international cricket and nothing is going right for the side.

In the game, speedster Haris Rauf did not have the best of outings during the third T20I against New Zealand at the University Oval in Dunedin on Wednesday. He conceded 60 runs in his four-over spell as he gave 2 runs in the first over and in the rest three giving out 58 runs at an economy of almost 20 per over. Usman Shinwari still stays on top of giving most runs, with figures of 0-63 against South Africa in 2019.

Rauf dismissed Devon Conway from his second delivery. But Allen smashed him everywhere in the final over of the powerplay, smashing the 30-year-old for 27 runs, with three sixes, two fours and a single. It was the fourth most expensive bowling performance by a Pakistan bowler in T20Is. Rauf has been alarmingly expensive over the past few months, including an economy rate of almost 6.80 in the ODI World Cup.

The 24-year-old batter has been in sensational form in the series. In the 2nd game, he scored 74 off 41 balls. The right-hander completed his century in just 48 balls, making him the third-fastest by a Kiwi batter in the T20 format. He registered 137 runs and it is also the highest by any New Zealand batter.

The Pak side will try to at least win the last two games of the series and finish the format with a positive impact, as after this they will be straight featuring in the T20 World Cup 2024.
