Former West Indies and Trinbago Knight Riders skipper Dwayne Bravo has launched the team anthem. Ahead of the team's opening game against St Kitts and Nevis Patriots, he has uploaded the song on his YouTube channel. In the song, Bravo took a jibe at St Lucia Kings, the two-time finalists. Also, the former West Indies and TKR skipper urged the fans to challenge defending champions, Jamaica Tallawahs that Knight Riders will take back the title.
Talking about the Red Army (TKR), the last time they won the CPL title was way back in 2020. That season was played without fans and in Trinidad. Taking full advantage of home conditions and the fortress they have built over the years, they won the title without losing a game. Last year, the most-successful CPL side had a nightmare as they finished outside the playoffs for the first time.

There was time from 2013 to 2019 when Bravo used to play for a nation-based team. In some of these years, the all-rounder took the responsibility to release team anthems every year from 2016 to 2019. The 2020 was the year of the COVID-19 pandemic which is why he couldn't do it.
Also, two years back, the two-time T20 World Cup winner moved to St Kitts and Nevis Patriots. Not to forget, he led the team to their maiden title, just like he did for TRK in 2015, 2017, and 2019. In seasons 2019 and 2020, Kieron Pollard led the side and continues to do so. Meanwhile, it is understood that Bravo might retire after this year's CPL. He has already retired from IPL and became the bowling coach of Chennai Super Kings.
