In the 32nd match of IPL 2023, Royal Challengers Bangalore registered their fourth win by defeating Rajasthan Royals by 7 runs. Under the captaincy of Virat Kohli, the team won the second match in a row. After this win, RCB’s team reached the 5th position in the points table. This was the team’s second consecutive win, before this, RCB had defeated Punjab Kings (PBKS) in the previous match.
RCB played without their premium overseas pacer Wayne Parnell. At the time of the toss, Kohli informed that Parnell was not fit. Injury problems have not been a new thing for RCB this season. After the match against Rajasthan, Kohli told that Australian bowler Josh Hazlewood can join the team till the next match. Hazlewood has been away from cricket for a long time due to injury.
