'Abhi hum zinda hain' - Delhi fans take over Twitter as DC defend 130 against league leaders GT to keep IPL 2023 hopes alive

The 44th match of IPL 2023 between Delhi Capitals (DC) and Gujarat Titans (GT) was a thrilling encounter that took place at the Narendra Modi stadium. It was a low-scoring game where DC won the toss and elected to bat first. However, their batters failed to impress as Phil Salt, David Warner, and Priyam Garg all fell early on, leaving the team in a precarious position. It was young batter Aman Hakim Khan who took charge and made an impressive 51 off 44 balls, with 3 fours and 3 sixes and helped the team to reach a total of 130/8 in their allotted 20 overs. Mohammed Shami was the star performer for GT with the ball, taking 4 wickets in his 4 overs, while conceding just 11 runs.

In the run chase, GT had a poor start as Wriddhiman Saha and Shubman Gill fell cheaply.
