Josh Brown shines for Heat

Heat after winning the toss elected to bat first. The opener and the captain were the two batters who could go to double-figure marks. Except for these two, no batter could score past 10 runs. The former was in no mood to give time to the Strikers bowlers as he smacked them all around the park as they posted 214/7 in their 20 overs.

In reply, the Strikers could only score 164 runs before being bowled out. Only two of their batters could go past the 40-run mark, Thomas Kelly and wicket-keeper Harry Nielsen.
