FIFA World Cup 2022: Group H- And then there were 16, Brazil and Switzerland move into Round of 16

Group H has given two teams into the Round of 16. Brazil and Switzerland have gone into the Round of 16 in the FIFA World Cup 2022.

Serbia vs Switzerland

Switzerland had a golden opportunity to get into the Round of 16 with a win and that is what they did. Playing against Serbia, the European team got a 2-3 win in Group H to Round 16 with 6 points in 3 matches.

Xherdan Shaqiri opened the scoring for the Switzerland side with a goal in the 20th minute. Aleksandar Mitrovic drew the game in the 26th minute and Dusan Vlahovic took the lead in the 35th minute. Switzerland had more in the game as they scored two more games in the 44th minute (Breel Embolo) and 49th minute (Remo Freuler) to give Switzerland a lead in the game and held till the end to win the match. As a result, they won the game and have qualified for the Round of 16 from Group H.

Cameroon vs Brazil

World Cup favorites Brazil have given a massive scare by Cameroon as Vincent Adoubakar scored the match-winning goal in 90+2 minutes. He also got a red card in the next minute but it was enough for them to win the game against Brazil. Despite the win, however, Brazil move into the Round of 16.
