3. Dilshan Madushanka 

Madushanka has been impressive for Sri Lanka, picking 21 wickets in nine games. The left-arm pacer is the highest wicket-taker in the tournament so far and has picked second most wickets inside the powerplay after the Protea pacer Marco Jensen.
