South Africa vs India 2nd Test match is scheduled on Wednesday, at Newlands Cricket Ground, Cape Town. The Men in Blue have lost the 1st Test in Centurion by an innings and 32 runs. They will be looking for a fightback in the second and final test. Their dream of winning a red ball series in the Proteas soil is unfulfilled, but they will try to at least win the final test match.

Ahead of the 2nd Test, during the practice session, Jasprit Bumrah was seen imitating his veteran teammate, Ravichandran Ashwin's bowling action at the nets. During a net session, Bumrah was spotted bowling spin using Ashwin's action, and the video of the incident has gone viral on social media. The fast bowler received a lot of applause from social media users, with many of them amazed at how well he replicated the motion.

Previously, the pace was seen imitating his teammates. He was also seen celebrating, footballer Marcus Rashford's iconic celebration after dismissing Ibrahim Zadran in the World Cup 2023 match against Afghanistan. Team India's skipper had a witty press conference ahead of the test match.

Here's the video

There is a reason behind it: Rohit Sharma

Rohit during the conference said, “For me, Test remains the ultimate challenge and we would like to see best players playing that format but everyone has their problems to deal with and make sure there is a reason behind it. It is an individual thing as to how you think about certain batting positions. I hated batting at No. 3. That is my opinion on that. Either you open the batting or you wait and go a little down the order - No. 5 or 6."

"Since I have started opening the batting, from No. 3 onwards to No. 7, I do not think it is the right position for anyone. Sometimes when the opener gets injured in the first innings, the No. 3 has to walk out and open the batting. So, I do not see much difference there."
