Legendary footballer Cristiano Ronaldo isn’t having a great time for a while now. Recently, he was in action while playing for Al-Nassr against Al-Batin, however, he missed a lot of chances to score a goal and looked frustrated after the match. Though, in February he won the Saudi Pro League player of the month award as he scored 8 goals for his new side.

Meanwhile, Ronaldo played beautifully against Al-Batin but missed a couple of free-kick opportunities and wasn’t looking pleased with his performance. He even got involved in a short but fiery exchange with a fan who shouted ‘Messi is the GOAT’ when Ronaldo was going back to the dressing room. However, the legendary footballer didn’t look happy with his comments and instantly replied and said, “And that was the easy game.”

Although Al-Nassr won the match but the closest the legend could come to score a goal was in the 34th minute of the match as he collected a long shot from Abdullah Madu. After that, he crossed goalkeeper Martin Campana with the ball on the edge of the box, however, it was denied by defender Abdullah Al-Yousif, who made a brilliant save on the goal line.

Ronaldo has performed brilliantly for Al-Nassr

Talking about the match, it was Al-Batin’s Renzo Lopez, who scored the first goal of the match in the 17th minute. The last-placed team almost produced an upset as the scoreline remained 0-1 until the 90th minute. However, Abdulrahman Ghareeb leveled the score three minutes after the extra time, after which Mohammed Al-Fatil (90+12') and Mohammed Maran (90 + 14') also scored and made it 3-1.

If we talk about Ronaldo since his controversial termination from his previous club, Manchester United. He joined Al-Nassr and scored eight goals and successfully gave two assists in six matches in the Saudi Pro League. Meanwhile, Al-Nassr are at the no.1 spot out of 16 teams in the points table with 46 points from 19 matches. They have played 19 matches out of which they won 14, drew 4, and lost only one match.
