After an enthralling 2023, World Wrestling Entertainment is set for a bumper 2024. The first Monday Night Raw of the year will witness the Day 1 Event. Seth Rollins and Drew McIntyre will contest for the World Title.
2023 was memorable for WWE fans with the returns of Randy Orton and CM Punk. The two wrestlers have since been signed on to the Smackdown and RAW brands respectively. The first major Premium Live Event for WWE is the 2024 Royal Rumble Event which is set to take place in Florida.

5. Rey Mysterio
The best high-flier in the history of Professional Wrestling, Rey Mysterio has done it all in his Hall of Fame Career. Fans will remember how Rey Mysterio won the Royal Rumble in 2006 and went on to main event WrestleMania and win the title. The 48-year-old is currently out injured but is expected to make a return soon. It will be interesting to see if Master of 619 can make his return during the Royal Rumble 2024 event.
4. Brock Lesnar
WWE’s Beat Incarnate has been out of action since losing to Cody Rhodes at the SummerSlam event. Brock Lesnar is expected to be part of the WrestleMania 40 card and Royal Rumble 2024 could just be the event. The 46-year-old could be part of a major storyline and GUNTHER is one of the rumored names for the huge card in April.
3. John Cena
The last time John Cena was part of the WWE landscape was during the Crown Jewel Premium Live Event. Solo Sikoa managed to defeat John Cena to cement his legacy as one of the fastest-rising wrestlers in the world. Royal Rumble 2024 could see the fans explode if the familiar “My Time Is Now” music blares across the arena.
2. Trish Stratus
Considered one of the best Female wrestlers of all time, Trish Straus was involved in a bitter feud with Becky Lynch recently. After the loss to the MAN, the veteran grappler has yet again taken a break. In a recent interview, Trish revealed her desire to get back to the ring and Royal Rumble 2024 could just be the event for her.
1. Sasha Banks
‘THE BOSS’ is rumoured to be in talks with WWE after her acrimonious exit in 2022. Now wrestling under the name Mercedes Mone, the former WWE star could be on her way back. It is believed that the former NXT champ could be one of the biggest surprises for the WWE Royal Rumble 2024 in Florida.
